Method for adjusting operating parameters of external lights and an intelligent headlamp structure on a motor vehicle adapts adjusting parameters automatically to road and/or environmental conditions
A headlamp (10) control structure (1) links to a memory element (2) to store adjustment parameters while connecting to a navigation system (4), through which adjustment data files correlated to location can be stored and called up to make an automatic adjustment if required. When routes are traversed a second time and situations recognized again, corresponding lighting on a motor vehicle can be adjusted.
