The traffic prognosis method uses dynamic macroscopic modelling for prognosis of one or more traffic parameters, for evaluation of the traffic flow, using actual traffic information, with detection of the actual traffic parameters at road intersections controlled by traffic lights, during both the red and green signal lamp phases.
