The present invention is used for cognitive and language learning of infants by connecting a plurality of refillable transparent plastic cases and voice memory chips, which are designed for easy entry and exit of photographs and printed materials.;More specifically, the microphone and the individual voices are provided in a plurality of transparent plastic cases mounted on the upper cover of the main body, in which the guardian appropriately selects photographs or prints of the paper or hand-drawn drawings to be learned according to the developmental stage of the infant. When the corresponding voice is input through the input selection button, the infant recognizes the learning contents in the transparent plastic case on the substrate so that the corresponding input voice is reproduced each time.;To this end, the present invention provides a plurality of transparent plastic cases installed on the upper cover of the main body, a circuit board embedded in the main body, and a plurality of voice input selection buttons and voice reproduction selection buttons arranged uniformly along the circuit board. It consists of one voice speaker and battery and one voice memory chip electrically connected to it and having a plurality of voice input and voice reproduction information.;According to the developmental process of the growing infant, the infants are interested in themselves, or the parents continue to use them in a variety of ways according to the needs to learn as needed in the growth process, providing a lot of effects on the infant's cognitive development and language learning can do.
