PURPOSE: A free call system dependent on the watching of moving picture advertisements in a mobile terminal is provided so that users can use their mobile terminals for free as much as they watch moving picture advertisements provided on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(10) connects the communication lines between mobile terminals(30) and a main server(40) so that data communication using free call services between them can be achieved. Also the communication network(10) connects the communication lines between advertisement provider servers(20) and the main server(40) and between the mobile terminals(30) and the mobile communication service provider operating server(50) so that the communication of moving picture advertisement data and the data communication based on the usage of mobile communication terminals can be achieved. The advertisement provider servers(20) provide moving picture advertisements to the main server(40) opened on the communication network(10) in order to offer free call services. The mobile terminals(30) access the main server(40) and output moving picture advertisement request signals to the main server(40) in order to watch the moving picture advertisements supplied from the main server(40). The main server(40) constructs the moving picture advertisement data provided from the advertisement provider servers(20) as a database and outputs moving picture advertisements to the mobile terminals(30) if the moving picture advertisement request signals are inputted. The mobile communication service provider operating server(50) receives parts of the call charges for the usage of the mobile terminals from the main server(40).
