PURPOSE: A method for repaying a subscriber of a punishment via the internet is provided to collect a lot of the subscriber thereof, by allowing the member who requests the charged regular subscription of the punishment to register his/her work and be active for the work on the internet. CONSTITUTION: A reader is registered as a member, and the regular subscription is requested via the internet(305). A regular subscriber logs in so as to register his/her work(310) on the internet(315). The genre and the subject of the work are selected(320). The work is transmitted via an e-mail(325), and thereby registered on the message boards by the genre and the subject thereof(330). The record tape that records the work by a voice and the video tape that includes the moving picture for introducing the subscriber are sent to the operator of an internet server via the e-mail(335). The operator thereof registers the record tape and the video tape for the subscriber on the internet(340).
