PURPOSE: A song accompaniment with a function of eliminating external sound is to be connected with an external audio apparatus to receive music not stored in the player, and also eliminate an external sound signal from an external audio signal. CONSTITUTION: A song accompaniment with a function of eliminating external sound comprises an audio signal input portion(10) for receiving a signal reproduced from an external audio apparatus, an external sound eliminating portion(30) with a voice cancel IC for eliminating an external sound signal out of a reproducing signal input through the audio signal input portion and outputting only a music signal, a switching portion(20) switched by a user to switch the reproducing signal input through the audio signal input portion to the external sound eliminating portion, an audio composing portion(40) for composing music signal output from the external sound eliminating portion with a microphone signal and then outputting the composed signal, and an amplifying portion(50) for receiving and amplifying the signal output from the audio composing portion and then outputting an amplified signal to a speaker.
