"COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF RETINAL NEUROPATHY OR OPTIC NERVE HEAD, AND, PROCESS FOR TREATMENT OF RETINAL NEUROPATHY OR OPTIC NERVE HEAD". Compositions and processes for the treatment of neuropathy of the retina and optic nerve head are described. The compositions and processes are particularly directed to the use of neurotrophic factor stimulators, such as AIT-081 (neotrophin), in the treatment of glaucomatous neuropathy. The present invention relates to the use of neurotrophic factor stimulators to treat ophthalmic neurodegenerative diseases.
