PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform prompt and objective judgment of a state image and secondary judgment by assisting a nursing care approval work by using case- based inference.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a state image base part 1050 to store basic items for nursing care approval and state images by relating them, state image judgment ES1010 to present a state image with high degree of coincidence among the state images based on inputted data with the degree of coincidence among the basic items, a secondary judgment case base part 2050 to store at least one or more secondary judgment cases consisting of the past examples of answers for questions about specified items, etc., for the nursing care approval, and secondary judgment ES2010 to ask about the specific items, etc., and the presented state image so as to extract cases of the secondary judgment with high degree of coincidence to answers to this question from the secondary judgment case base part 2050 and to present the case with the degree coincidence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
