To assist nursing care service by totally managing nursing care schedules for nursing care staffs and vital data detected from people who received nursing care.SOLUTION: A control unit 10 of a business management device 4 stores and manages in a storage unit 13 business data d4 indicating schedules for nursing care services performed by nursing care staffs, and vital data d1 received by a second communication unit 12 and periodically detected from a facility resident. When information that the nursing care service for the facility resident is finished is received from a portable terminal 5 of the nursing care staff via a first communication unit 11, the control unit 10 associates the vital data d1 detected when the facility resident received the nursing care service, with the business data d4 indicating the completed nursing care service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
