PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure the spindle thermal diffusivity and spindle angle of a three-dimensional anisotropic material. ;SOLUTION: One heating point 0 is determined on the surface of a three- dimensional anisotropic heat conductive substance sample 6, and at least five temperature measuring points 1-5 are determined at parts excluding the heating point. The heating point 0 is instantaneously supplied with pulse-like heat using a laser 9, and the temperature of the temperature measuring points 1-5 is measured. The measured temperature of one measuring point is set as a reference temperature T1, and four other measured temperatures are assumed T2-T5 to obtain the temperature difference T12=T1-T2, T13=T1-T3, T14=T1-T4 and T15=T1-T5.
