PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe electronic commerce place without such there possibility that the secret information of a credit card, etc., is evilly used.;SOLUTION: When a member 20 selects merchandise to be purchased in an electronic commerce organization 10 whose use is restricted to the member 20, the information on the merchandise to be purchased selected by the member in the organization 10 is transmitted to a store 16 selling the merchandise to be purchased. Meanwhile, decision information including the price of the merchandise to be purchased is transmitted to a settlement mechanism 18 of the member 20. The member 20 is guided to the window 32 of the mechanism 18 and settles at the window 32.
