PURPOSE: To simultaneously measure an inclined angle and an azimuth angle of a hole to be measured in all directions in a short time without stopping a sensor part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a first operation means 41, initial values of respective angles in the advance direction (X axis) of a sensor part 1 for a horizontal face by means of a three-axes acceleration signal from the sensor part 1 and two axes (Y, Z axis) meeting at right angles in a face vertical thereto are found. In a second operation means 42, a rotation angle and angle change around each axis are calculated from an angle velocity output signal of the sensor part 1. In a third operation means 6, an angle dislocation from a reference value is calculated from the output of the second operation means 42. Rotation angles around the X, Y and Z axes at the time when the sensor part 1 is moved in the advance direction and a movement distance are successively obtained, and integrating these, the curve of the hole can be measured. An initial directional error is lessened by the use of a guide member.
