The complex consists of a cavern power plant with outer(6) and base(6a) shells between an input feed tunnel(1) and an output feed tunnel(2). A pre-chamber shell(3) is subject to traction and an input feed shell is likewise subject to traction in a pre-chamber(7) and an input feed chamber(8). The shells free the space for insertion of machines(5) comprising a turbine, generator and switchgear. An outflow quantity documentation device comprises an angle support part, which tightly locates on a build-up body or a base fixture of concrete or steel via a press seal and a support part.
