Premix burner chamber of gas heater covered by curved hood has grooved holders for baffle plate and burner plate, heat exchanger and interfitting edges
The premix burner chamber (1) of a gas heater is covered by a curved hood (14) which has holders in the for of longitudinal grooves (18-21) on the inside of the chamber into which a baffle plate (22) and a burner plate (23) fit. The covering hood is formed by an extruded profiled body especially made of aluminium. The chamber's end walls are formed of wall-parts of a heat exchanger (2) next to the chamber. The edges (8) of the wall-parts are shaped to match the hood placed on the edges. The edge parts (16,17) of the hood rest on smooth edges (9,10) of the heat exchanger.
