The acoustic signaling device has a disc-shaped housing (1) enclosing a vibration chamber (2) containing shot pellets (3), for acting as a rattle, combined with tone generation elements (5a, 5b) coupled to a sound passage (4) for producing trumpet sounds and an optical telescope (6) with its optical axis parallel to the plane of the housing at one side of the latter. Battery-operated signaling lamps may be mounted on the outside of the housing
