PURPOSE: A method for displaying records in online games and a configuration of a record display service system are provided so that a user can estimate his level for a game objectively and enjoy the game according to the level by selecting an opponent based on his relative record to other opponents. CONSTITUTION: Prior to a game, member confirmation for a user is made(S100). The user registers as a member with member subscription application(S200). Private information and record information for a plurality of users against the user are extracted and displayed(S300). The user selects a desired opponent, based on the extracted information and record for other users(S400), and plays a game in agreement with the opponent for their confrontation(S500,S600). A result of confrontation is registered in each individual database(S700).
