PURPOSE: A system and method for evaluating practical study using internet is provided so that a lecturer provides study contents such as education contents, practical examinations and written examinations to a database server through a lecturer's terminal and an internet communication network and an user studies education contents, practical examinations and written examinations transmitted from the database server through the internet communication network and transmits them to the database server and the database server manages evaluation of practical examinations and written examinations by an education managing program. CONSTITUTION: This invention includes several steps. A first step is to give cookie and basic marks to a learner when the learner enters a practical examination study site and to display questions of a practical examination by realizing them as programs with flash and to display time script which notify lapse of time.(101,102,103,104) A second step is to establish an answer by operating the program which is realized by flash within a duration established in the time script.(105) A third step is to display a message for checking if the answer is accurate and check the answer.(106,107) A fourth step is to display an accurate answer as animation and add a mark according to a degree of difficulty of the question to the basic marks and display it in a marks script if the answer is accurate.(109,110) A fifth step is to realize reasons for false answer and messages as program with flash and subtract the mark according to the degree of difficulty of the question from the basic marks and realize the accurate answer as animation if the answer is false.(114,115,109) A sixth step is to display an user's record of practical examination as program with flash and finish the practical examination and transmit the stored marks to the education managing program of the database server together with cookie if the question is the last one or to progress to the next question if more questions remain.(111,112,113)
