PURPOSE: A tutorial studying system and method using internet is provided to improve a studying efficiency by estimating a current capability of a learner at real time and setting a problem with a suitable level automatically. CONSTITUTION: An internet studying site(14) is operated by a web server(10). The webserver(10) performs an objective studying examination test based on a problem bank DB(12) on a web. The problem bank DB(12) stores problem data with a multistage degree of difficulty classified by a studying test curriculum for an on-line studying and an on-line estimation. A member DB(11) classifies and stores personal information of an applied member through an on-line new entrance application or an off-line new entrance application. A grading and estimating system(13) grades a problem solving result by a number of reference estimating problems and stores point information.
