摘要

New heterocyclic compound - 3-morfolinobenzantrone (ABM) is synthesised which exhibits luminophor properties. The method of evaluation of cell-membrane structural and functional properties and evaluation of quality of immune system is elaborated by using ABM as fluorescent probe. Method provides registration of spectral parameters of ABM within suspension of immunocompetent cells - in suspension of lymphocytes. Correlation between ABM spectral parameters in lymphocyte suspension of healthy people and patients and index of blasttransformation of lymphocytes, anisotropic index, content of subpopulations of lymphocytes and their ratio within peripheral blood culture is determined. It is established that intensity of ABM fluorescence characterises immune system and permits to assess changes in some parameters of immune system and their mutual relations. Changes mentioned above are in straight correlation with clinical view of diseases. Method permits to obtain results in short time, volume of information obtained by this method is increased and it allows to avoid usage of expensive reagents and equipment.
