SOLUTION: Plural execution main body parts 1100A1 to B2 which use execution modules to execute the processings related to processing requests, plural execution module storage parts 1130 which are provided correspondingly to plural execution main body parts and where execution modules of plural execution main body parts 1100A1 to B2 are stored, and an agent part 1000 which selects an execution main body part 1100 for execution of the processing related to a processing request from plural execution main body parts 1100A1 to B2 and makes the selected execution main body part 1100 execute the processing related to the processing request are provided, and the execution module is transferred from one execution module storage part 1130B1 out of plural execution module storage parts 1130 to another execution module storage part 1130A2 based on processing conditions in execution main body parts 1100A1 to B2.
