PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize high-speed processing by properly decentralizing and arranging process requests which are generated intermittently and frequently. ;SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with an agent 100 which judges whether or not a process request that is sent from outside is accepted and properly allocates the accepted process request to an information processing part 1400 which belongs to itself and the information processing part 1400 which processes the process request by a request made by the agent 1000. Then the process state of each information processing part 1400 is monitored and if an information processing part 1400 which is low in operation rate is generated, the process requests allocated to the respective information processing parts 1400 are moved to the information processing part 1400 which is low in operation rate to obtain high performance on the whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
