PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide film tucking forms and stably forming the gusset tucking of complicated shape on a continuous tubular plastic film and also a tucking machine with tucking forms to be fitted thereon. SOLUTION: Film tucking forms are used for forming gusset tucking 4 by passing through a tubular plastic film swollen by air and introduced therein, and a film tucking form is provided with recessed and projected faces 3 of the section wavy shape formed along the film moving direction in the vicinity of an inlet of the tucking form, and a film tucking machine is provided with a raw fabric roll, a first roller, a second roller and a third roller positioned above the raw fabric roll and changing the traveling direction of the film, a fourth roller for facing the film vertically downward and retaining the tightness of air introduced into the film, and a pinch roller for pressing the film tucking form on which the film tucking form and the gusset tucking 4 are formed and retaining the tightness of air introduced into the film and a take-up roll.
