PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mackintosh type rain coat that is resistant to getting sweaty inside with good comfort and a vest for the rain coat that makes the rain coat comfortable. ;SOLUTION: This rain coat has a plurality of elastic ribs 11 on the inner face of the rain coat 2 so that spaces may be formed between the inner face and the wearer. The main body of the coat 2 has the waist 5, the sleeves 6 and a pump 7. The waist 5 has a plurality of vent holes 10 bored on its upper part. A part of the elastic ribs 11 are extended in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the waist 5. The other part of the elastic ribs are arranged to the inner faces of the opening around the neck, the circumference of the low back and of the hem openings. The pump 7 is set between the lower side of the sleeve 6 and the waist 5. The pump 7 is equipped with an elastic part 12 on the inner face so that it is swollen, when the sleeve 6 is raised.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
