PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably install a ridge-end tile by arranging hook parts capable of being hooked on the back wall of the ridge-end tile, and connecting fastening lines to the hook parts for fixing the ridge-end tile to a roof substrate. ;SOLUTION: A ridge-end tile 10 is mounted on a pantile 31 tiled on a roof substrate 3, and the lower edge section of the back wall 14 of the ridge-end tile 10 is brought into contact with the head 31a of the pantile 31. Hook parts 40 made of a metal pipe are inserted into support holes 17 provided on the right and left of the bottom wall of the ridge-end tile. Three fastening lines 33 are connected to the fastening hole of a dragon head 15 provided on the front wall of the ridge-end tile 10 and the right and left hook parts 40 through the back holes provided on the back wall 14 of the ridge-end tile 10 to fix the ridge-end tile 10. A corner ridge 60 is tiled over by plain tiling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
