The present invention relates to a process for producing a marine microorganism-derived red pigment and an antioxidative active substanceBacillus(accession number: KCTC, 8906P, entrusted date: September 16, 1998).;The microorganisms are inoculated into a colloidal chitin-containing medium and fermented to produce the effect of efficiently producing a red pigment and an antioxidative substance.;The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing a red pigment and an antioxidant active substance by fermenting the microorganism in a batch or continuous fermentation tank under a predetermined condition in a culture solution.
