PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information for searching an optimum route, while considering load distribution between nodes without increasing traffic in a network, and to search a relay line in a dynamic routing system selection network according to this collected information. ;SOLUTION: A packet for search is transmitted from a signal-transmitting part 6 of a node 1 to an adjacent node, and the adjacent node which receives this packet for search returns a response packet, showing a connectable route to the node 1 of the transmission source of that packet for search. Based on the returned response packet, a routing table reconstituting part 4 for each node reconstitutes the connectable route of the present node and finds a route selection ratio corresponding to the number of respective hops for each connectable route. Thus, the relay line is searched, based on the reconstituted connectable route and the selection ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
