PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To answer an alarm from a dwelling room master unit even when a manager is absent in a building manage room. ;SOLUTION: When various sensors 25 of a dwelling room 28a detect an accident, a life information panel 1 issues an alarm through a dwelling room master unit 3 and a controller 4. In such cases, if an absence switch 15 of the panel 1 is set to absence, the control of the controller 4 retrieves a dwelling room present in the neighborhoods of the room 28a and issues an alarm to its dwelling room master unit 3. Also, the controller 4 sends an unlocking signal to the dwelling room master unit 3 of the room 28a in which the accident is detected and automatically and forcedly unlocks an electric lock and an electric door chain. When the switch 15 is not set, an alarm is never signaled to the master unit of an adjacent dwelling room present.
