SOLUTION: An electric field strength transmission device comprises an antenna 10, a reception device 11, a navigation system 12, an information accumulation device 13, a transmission device 14, and an antenna 15. Also, the navigation system 12 comprises a vehicle speed sensor 20, a yaw rate sensor 21, a GPS device 22, and a navigation device 23. As a result, by driving a vehicle where the electric field strength transmission device is mounted in the entire service area of an automobile telephone system, electric field strength data can be transmitted. Also, since the current position data can be obtained from the navigation system, the number of hardware and software for configuring the electric field strength transmission device can be reduced.
