PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute dwelling unit layout freely without any restriction from vertical penetrating pipes by forming equipment units removablly in an equipment pipeline comprised of the vertical penetrating pipes, horizontal pipes and equipment units. ;SOLUTION: Vertical penetrating pipes 2 as main equipment pipes, are raised from a lower floor D to an upper floor U. Horizontal pipes 23 are arranged in positions close to dwelling units in the form of a loop in a common area of a multifamily housing 1. The horizontal pipes 23 are supply pipes for electricity, gas and water and are arranged side by side in quantities according to the number of resources. And then, the vertical penetrating pipes 2 and the horizontal pipes 23 are connected with connecting pipes 21. On the other hand, pipes from the horizontal pipes 23 are connected to an equipment unit 3 by branch pipes 25 connected to the horizontal pipe 23. Pipes to dwelling units 11 are arranged by branch pipes 27 connected to small diameter tubes in the equipment unit 3. On such occasion, the equipment unit 3 is made removable, thereby eliminating the need for laying out dwelling units in accordance with the vertical penetrating pipes 2 and increasing the degree of freedom in plane planning.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
