PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly operate a designing work in the construction of an information system utilizing existing data or component parts stored in another system on an intranet. SOLUTION: This method is constituted of a logical design process S1 for retrieving information for using existing data from a data base for prelimiarily storing information related with available existing data stored in another system on an intranet, and extracting the information of the available existing data for preparing a scenario flow diagram, and a physical design process S2 for retrieving information for using component parts from a data base for preliminarily storing information related with available component parts existing on another system on the intranet, and extracting the information of the available component parts for preparing a component flow diagram.
