摘要

In a fuzzy control apparatus in which a rule iscapable of being changed during operation, a fuzzyreasoning output which prevails immediately prior to arule change is stored when a rule change is made, and afuzzy-control output is generated by combining, afterthe rule change, the stored fuzzy reasoning output whichprevailed immediately prior to the rule change and afuzzy reasoning output which prevails following the rulechange. The ratio of the combination is altered in sucha manner that, with the passage of time from the momentat which the rule change is made, there is a gradualdecrease in a percentage of the fuzzy reasoning outputwhich prevailed immediately prior to the rule change,and a gradual increase in a percentage of the fuzzyreasoning output which prevails following the rulechange, in the fuzzy-control output. Upon passage of apredetermined time from the moment at which the rulechange is made, the fuzzy reasoning output whichprevails following the rule change is outputted as thefuzzy-control output. As a result, a sudden change inthe output at the time of a rule change is prevented sothat a smooth changeover can be carried out.
