PURPOSE: To remove a trace of acid from a gas or a liquid and to adsorb an organic gas by producing porous spherical particulates having secondary or tertiary amine structure with a siloxane group. ;CONSTITUTION: The acid adsorbing organosiloxane amine compound is a polymer containing units with formula I (R1 and R2 are identical or different and stand for a group denoted in formula II (however, N in the formula I is bonded to Si in the formula II via R4) R4 is 1-10C alkylene, 5-8 cycloalkylene denoted in formula III or IV (where n is 1-6 and m is 0-6), a free valence of oxygen bonded to Si is used for bond to Si in the formula II or to crosslink members such as Al, Ti, Zr, etc., as shown in a silicate basic structure; R3 is identical to R1 and R2 or H, 1-10C alkyl, 5-8C cycloalkyl or benzyl).
