PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MOX (uranium-plutonium mixed oxide) fuel treatment facility capable of taking MOX fuel out of a cask without affecting outside the reactor power site and capable of storing the taking-out MOX fuel in the air. SOLUTION: In a facility for MOX fuel treatment where new MOX fuel is transported containing in a cask 6 and taken out of the cask in loading in a reactor, a building, which can store the cask 6 containing new MOX fuel or one after taking out the new MOX fuel, has a wall part preventing radiation leak to outside and can remove heat of the contained cask by ventilation from an air supply louver 9, is provided.
