PURPOSE: To obtain a cement composition capable of showing strength in a short time, maintaining high fluidity for many hours, by using two retarders of different systems. ;CONSTITUTION: This cement composition is obtained by blending an extremely quick-hardening cement with 0.20-1.00 high-performance water reducing agent, 0.20-1.20wt.% lignin-based retarder and 0.01-0.30wt.% oxycarboxylic acid-based retarder. The above-mentioned cement composition is cast as it is or blended with sand and cast to a roadbed paved with asphalt and an aggregate to provide a half-deflecting pavement structure having durability by a simple execution. Since the cement composition has high fluidity and uniformly permeates and the hardening reaction rapidly advances in a fixed time (about 20-30 minutes) after the casting, time required from casting to opening of pavement can be shortened to 3-4 hours.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
