PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actually, realistically and effectively manage the construction cost and rough profit in a real time, based on orders during construction by providing a rough profit operating means for operating the rough profit of an order source from order received and ordered amounts. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with an input means 30, storage means 40, processing means 20, display means 50 and issue means 60. This processing means 20 is provided with a rough profit operating means 23. Then, this rough profit operating means 23 operates the rough profit of the order source from the order received amount corresponding to a construction title stored in a construction title master file and the ordered amount stored in an order data file corresponding to that construction title. In this case, it is also possible to display the rough profit of the order source as a profit amount or as the rates of interests. For example, when the ordered amount is subtracted from the order received amount, the profit amount of rough profit can be computed. Also, when the profit amount of rough profit is divided with the order received amount, the rate of interest of the rough profit can be operated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
