(57) Abstract Method of detection and the device which affected part such as swelling lump and/or the distortion image of organization (substantial organization deformation) in the medical picture the breast image pickup way automates. The high density territory and the subcutaneous fat territory inside breast image pickup are divided. It can execute background revision, inside the high density territory. The Hough spectrum inside ROI which is placed in the breast image pickup breast territory is processed, mistaking, that there is an affected part in order to decrease the frequency of detection which it does, using strength value , calculation and threshold. The affected part is detected threshold on the basis of the Hough spectrum which was processed. Threshold the Hough spectrum which was processed is used, although the benignness and the malignant swelling lump are distinguished.
