PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation by integrally arranging optional intake valve and exhaust valve in a hard board, and providing an installing shape to generate an air chamber between a mirror body and the hard board when the hard board is put on the mirror body. SOLUTION: In a hard board 1, a colorless transparent acrylic resin plate is molded by vacuum molding or the like, and an air intake-exhaust through hole is arranged in an installing frame. Next, a silicon calking material or the like is applied on an installing frame part of an existing mirror body 4, and the hard board 1 is put on and fixed to a surface of the mirror body 4 so that a void can be formed. Next, air in an air chamber 5 generated in a void part is sucked and sealed from an exhaust hole arranged for an exhaust valve 3, and nitrogen gas is enclosed and sealed from an intake air hole arranged for an intake valve 2. A double wall body structure by installing the hard board 1 on the mirror body 4 is formed, and generation of dew condensation to a surface of the mirror body 4 is prevented, and gas in the air chamber 5 relieves cooling speed of the hard board 1, and is not cooled up to a dew point level of air in the vicinity of a surface of the hard board 1, and dew condensation of a surface part of the hard board 1 is also prevented.
