PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy and comfortable dwelling space, and to prevent the lightning stroke by covering a roof with copper alloy sheets, stretching a copper alloy net between eaves around a building and the ground, and stretching a copper alloy blind over an opening part. ;SOLUTION: A roof 10 is covered with copper alloy sheets 1, and a copper alloy net 2 is stretched as a permeable copper alloy member between eaves 11 and the ground 12. Copper alloy blind 3 as a permeable copper alloy member are fitted to opening parts of a building such as entrances/exits 13 and windows 15. In addition, the floor of the building is of high floor structure, floor plates 4 are formed of perforated plates 5, and a soil layer 7 in which the activated carbon 6 is mixed, is formed under the floor. Anion is prevented from entering indoors, and a healthy and comfortable dwelling space can be obtained. Grounding is provided from the roof 10 to the ground 12 through the copper alloy net 2, and the shielding effect against the lightening stroke can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
