SUBSTANCE: aluminum deforming thermally hardening alloy of aluminum-zinc-magnesium system additionally alloyed by additions of manganese, chromium, titanium, zirconium, beryllium has following composition, mas % : zinc 5.4 - 6.2; magnesium 2.4 - 3.0; manganese 0.1 - 0.3, chrome 0.12 - 0.25, titanium 0.03 - 0.10; zirconium 0.07 - 0.12, beryllium 0.0002 - 0.0050 and tolerable additions: cooper ≅0,2, iron ≅0,3, silicon ≅0,2, aluminum - balance. In the case total concentration of zinc and magnesium is equal to 8.5 +/- 0.7 mass % and their average ratio is 2.111. Alloy is used in production, of rolling, pressed shapes, forge works, stamping products and other semi-finished products used for production of heavy-loaded welded structures. Hardness is approximately 150 HV. Strength (σb) is approximately ~50kg/mm2. EFFECT: increased hardness and strength of the alloy.
