SUBSTANCE: aluminum deforming thermally hardening alloy of aluminum-zinc-magnesium system additionally alloyed by additions of manganese, chromium, titanium, zirconium, beryllium has following composition, mas % : zinc 4.7 - 5.3; magnesium 2.1 - 2.6; manganese 0.05 - 0.15, chrome 0.12 - 0.25, titanium 0.03 - 0.10; zirconium 0.07 - 0.12, beryllium 0.0002 - 0.003 and tolerable additions: cooper ≅0,2, iron ≅0,35, silicon ≅0,25, aluminum - balance. In the case total concentration of zinc and magnesium is equal to 7.35 +/- 0.55 mass % and their average ratio is 2.128. Alloy is strengthening by hardening and aging. Mechanical properties of alloy: σi = 44 - 46 kg/mm2, σ02 = 40 - 44 kg/mm2, δ≥ 10 %, Ak≥ 1.0 kgm/mm2, Brinell hardness is from 130 to 156 HV. EFFECT: increased hardness and strength of the alloy.
