Method rearing plant stevia (stevia rebaudiana Bertoni L), obtained in the culture in vitro, comprising the steps that the plants planted into the substrate, abundantly watered, covered with a transparent film and are adapted to the environment, characterized in that the plants vysazhivat size 5 - 6 cm was used as substrate soil and sand in equal proportions, which is placed in a container with a layer of gravel on the bottom of a thickness of 2 - 3 cm, 10 - 12 days after planting, the plants were decapitated and doraschivat to standard conditions of 16-hour photoperiod at 21 - 23 ^o C, 70% RH and illumination 15 - 17 klx.
