摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain coreduction Mo alloy powder for manufacturing Fe-base sintered alloy sliding member having excellent adhesion and wear resistance by specifying composition of structure composing of Mo particles and Mo-(Ni, Co) alloy combined phase and particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:This powder is the coreduction-combined Mo alloy powder having the structure combined with the combined phase of 2-40wt.% ratio composing of Mo-(Ni, Co) alloy of Mo and either Ni or Co or both in mutually the Mo particles and the average particle size of 2-40mum and is obtained by blending oxide powders of Mo, Ni, Cr, etc., at the specific ratios, respectively, and mixing with carbon powder and executing heat-reduction under hydrogen gas stream. By blending this combined Mo alloy powder at 5-15% ratio as hard dispersion phase forming component, the Fe base sintered alloy sliding member displaying excellent water resistance without developing falldown and peeling is obtd.
