FIELD: cosmetic industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises first dispersion of lipid bubbles which are capable of penetrating into deeper layers of skin and contain at least one active agent selected from antipigmentation agents, depigmentation agents and thyrosinase inhibitors for the treatment of these deep layers, and second dispersion of lipid bubbles which are capable of penetration into skin surface layers and contain at least one active agents selected form keratolytic agents, moistening agents and protective agents for the treatment of these surface layers. EFFECT: improved properties of the depigmentation composition.
