There are open condensed bicyclic pyrimidinones with compounds of formula I, wherein Q each independently represents oxygen atom in the present invention; Re1 prefix alkyl contains the naphthenic base of 3 to 10 carbon atoms or the Cvclopropvlmethvl with 3 to 5 carbon atoms; Re2 represents the naphthenic base that alkyl contains 3 to 10 carbon atoms or has 6 to 7 carbon atoms; RE3 is halogen; Hydrogen or halogen are represented with RE4; Wherein when Re1 is that then Re2 is CHi2CHi2CHi3 to Cvclopropvlmethvl, RE3 is that 6-bromine and RE4 indicates hydrogen. It is required that being also fungicide for controlling the containing compound general formula I of wheat powdery mildew.
