The present invention provides a novel method for treating immunotoxins and neoplastic diseases. And more particularly to an immunotoxin comprising a conjugate of a c-erbB-2 target moiety and a cell growth regulatory factor. This immunotoxin specifically and selectively kills tumor cells that over-express the c-erbB protein. This novel immunotoxin is useful for treating human breast cancer, human ovarian cancer, lung cancer, stomach tumor, salivary gland adenocarcinoma, and colon adenocarcinoma.
