A method of immunologically assaying intact human osteocalcin in a human assay sample by using an antibody having an epitope in a region of an amino acid sequence 1 to 20 on the N-termianl side of human osteocalcinand an antibody having an epitope in a region of an amino acid sequence 36 to 49 on the C-terminal side of human osteocalcin.
