PURPOSE: To execute not only the number assignment of a serial number but also the updating of a fiscal year part and initialization of a serial number part, in the number assignment processing of a securities number with a fiscal year consisting of the fiscal year part and a serial number part. ;CONSTITUTION: When a securities job application program 2 calls an automatic number assignment routine 1 of a securities number with a fiscal year, a securities number retrieving means 11 retrieves the latest securities number with a fiscal year from a reference data management data base 3, and a fiscal year calculation processing means 12 calculates the present fiscal year, based on the date of that day and the reference date of the fiscal year in a common area 4. If the fiscal year of the latest securities number with a fiscal year and the present fiscal year are different from each other, a securities number updating means 13 updates the latest securities number with a fiscal year on the reference data management data base 3 by adding '1' to the fiscal year of the latest securities number with a fiscal year and initializing the serial number, and a securities number setting means 14 sets the latest securities number with a fiscal year to a reference area 5. When a status of a normal end is returned from the routine 1, the program 2 assigns the securities number with a fiscal year of the reference area 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
