A torque sensor is connected to the rotor of the rotation machine so that the shaft of the measurement machine (17) coupled to the test object is free from the bearing's rotational friction. The torque sensor is located on the central axis of the system and the measurement detection system is integrated into the measurement machine. The shaft section of the torque sensor can be replaced. ADVANTAGE - System can be controlled in all four quadrants, can drive rotating machine in both directions and measure and deliver for evaluation both rotation rate and torque without additional devices.
