PURPOSE: To completely eliminate ill feeling of many unspecified passers by and provide convenience to passers by and tourists, etc., who are unfamiliar with a district by using a member on which a guide map of the district is drawn as safety guard members. ;CONSTITUTION: A safety guard member 2 is formed on a cloth sheet as one canvas by joining multiple unit sheets 2a at joints 2b. Also a guide map on which main buildings, etc., of a district are specified with public facilitates located at the center is drawn on the whole surface of the cloth sheet 2. Then the cloth sheet 2 is separated once at the joints 2b, carried to a work site for each unit, and joined together again at the work site to form a guard member 2.
