PURPOSE: To display not only whether automatic image quality adjustment is good or bad but also the place where a trouble is at adjustment failure. ;CONSTITUTION: When statistical analysis is performed on adjustment data and measurement data obtained when image quality is adjusted by an automatic image quality adjusting device 11 to a color display tube after being collected and stored by a host computer 12, the correlation between an image quality changed quantity and an adjusted quantity as the analysis result is compared with the reference correlation.
